Athletes registered in RAMP at your province's source clubs (this season and last), from the WPC Hub.
You choose who joins your centre. Nobody is added automatically.
Not in the pool? An athlete with no WPC Hub registration (international, NCAA, playing abroad)
goes straight into a stream here. They register in the Hub once they are selected for a camp.

No contact details are shown or copied here. Guardians' contact details reach HP
only for athletes a centre has rostered, and only while they are under 18. Safe Sport status is the hub's, shown
read-only; athletes are never blocked by it.

NDC Sandbox
The sandbox is a practice centre with invented athletes only. Wiping it removes every sandbox athlete,
camp, team, nomination, invitation and selection, then puts back 30 invented pool athletes (12 already rostered),
a sandbox identification camp, final camp and team. Real centres are never touched.
To give someone sandbox access as a centre admin or coach: in the WPC Hub, a full admin runs
High Performance sandbox access on their person record. They then open High Performance from My WPC.
